Of all the transformations I myself can create there are none so wonderous as those created by the man upstairs. Why is it, that no matter how old we get, there is sheer excitement in our hearts when it snows? The serenity in the beauty of the glorious white stuff is breathtaking for me. It brings such peace over me. This is a view of our pond in August.

It’s finally here…Christmas eve at last! The stockings are hung and all is
ready! The swirl of activities has slowed down for a moment and there is
time ...
We have a similar picture here this morning. I love seeing snow on tree branches. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGod certainly gives us beauty to behold!
Bless you,

How true and we should look to the Master Decorator for ideas when we decorate our own homes. I have always tried to use lots of green because God does and it makes a wonderful backdrop for all the other colors too. Your pond is amazing.

Oh, my, goodness! Such beautiful pictures! Where have I been?!! I need to try and keep up with blogs I love. Being pretty new at this it seems to be taking up so much of my time just finding my way around and figuring out how to do things.
ReplyDeleteLove and hugs..

I..shall..return!! :)
I just wanted to add this. :) I read somewhere..recently..I think it was in the book I have been reading "The Shack", that when we have weather that interupts our daily routine..something that slows us down from running hither, thither and yon..so to speak..that it brings us together and we all share in what is happening. In other words..if you cannot go to work..or even outside..we have the perfect reason for not doing so. Or... :) words that that effect..and it becomes a time to cuddle down, slow down, turn inward with the joy of just "being". Anyway.... blah, blah, blah.
ReplyDeleteI didn't say it well..but hope you get the idea.
May the road rise to meet you...

Beautiful. We got the snow here yesterday, but it's gone now. Enjoy it while you can.
